  • DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) Service: For orders to the USA, Canada, Australia, Germany, China Singapore, UK, Thyiland, Philippines, Malaysia,  and more, we include all customs duties and import taxes in your final shipping cost.

  • No Hidden Charges: The price you see at checkout is the final price. You will not be contacted by customs or local couriers for any additional payments upon arrival.

  • Faster Delivery: Since all duties are pre-paid, your package will pass through customs clearance more efficiently, arriving at your doorstep sooner.

1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

2. Shipping Origin

All items are shipped from South Korea.

3. Shipping Countries

We ship to most countries including the United States and Japan.
However, we currently do not ship to the following countries:

  • North Korea

  • Russia

  • Iran

  • Ukraine (certain regions)

4. Estimated Delivery Times

United States, Canada, Australia, Germany, China Singapore, UK, Thyiland, Philippines, Malaysia

  • Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days

  • Express Shipping (if selected): 5–7 business days

Japan:

  • Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days

  • Express Shipping (if selected): 2–5 business days

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

At HOLYKOLY, we strive to eliminate the complexity of International Shipping. Our policy is designed to provide maximum transparency regarding import costs.

DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) Service: For our primary markets, including the USA, Canada, Australia, and Germany, HOLYKOLY provides DDP shipping as the standard. This means all customs duties and import taxes are pre-paid by us. The price you see at checkout is your final price, and you will not encounter any hidden fees upon delivery.

Other Regions: For countries not covered by our DDP service, import taxes and duties may be the buyer’s responsibility based on local customs regulations.

Transparency at Checkout: To confirm whether DDP applies to your specific order, please review the shipping method displayed during the checkout process.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
